I was not told there would be a charge for my visit in addition to the refraction until after the visit was over. They had my insurance information for over two months and never mentioned that they did not take my vision coverage and the medical insurance would not cover the visit. The charge was $200 that I was not expecting. After I complained the charge was reduced to $150.

Dr. Over was really great! I hadn't seen him in years, but then a Christmas tree attacked my (foolishly) unprotected eyes so I made an appointment. He was able to see me the very next morning (made appointment 3pm the day before). Anyway he was very kind, personable, and made the visit overall quite pleasant! He joked and made conversation; he was very thorough, skillful, knowledgeable, and also very trustworthy. I had no discomfort, and he addressed all my questions. I highly recommend!
