Staff is always professional. Dr. Guzman was very efficient and responsive. Would recommend Dr. Guzman and this practice.
I used to be a patient of Dr. Stanton Reid at this same practice. He is no longer at this practice and as I understand it, lost his licence to parctice medicine in NYS. I've defaulted to Dr. Guzman, whom I've only seen once. To be blunt, this office sucks. I echo the other two comments. I always have difficulty getting in touch with office staff. When I do get to speak with someone, scheduling a same-day appointment is extremely difficult. I called three times today and no-one returned my call. Dr. Guzman is decent, although he never remembers me when I come in for an appointment. I am currently searching for a new primary care doctor.
