Going to OCLI Rockville Centre, Garden City and Lynbrooke for over 10 years and have had some good and some terrible experiences. Staff were often rude and did not communicate in the RVC office. Everyone was rushed, with long waits in between many eye tests administered. Nothing was explained about test results.
