Agree with stated evaluation. He is very nice, appears to be interested, but that's the end. He did not seem to know what or how to help me, and would not call me back, and did not call another doctor I saw back, either.
Dr. Cook is simply, and obviously too busy to practice. Worse, he does not answer phone calls nor calls from other groups related to my care - they told me that! He prescribes way too much, and does not follow up on his RXs, and denies they have an adverse effect, without finding out what is going on. After trying many times to tell him of a pending illness, I gave up - and was very ill.
