I recently went to my current Dentist (not Ragulsky) I mentioned to the hygienist that I had a total of 5 root canals in the past, 2 were from when I was young. She looked at the x-rays and told me I had only had 2. The 3 that Dr Ragulski charged me and my insurance for were never done. My insurance paid half the bill, I paid approximately $3000.00 out of my pocket. Not a patient, never would be if they keep the same front desk staff. Witnessed two separate patients having to deal with the rude attitudes, uncalled & unnecessary. If you don't like people then find another job. Now, providers are awesome! No bad remarks there.
Dental hygienist in 2018- 2020 were horrible. Scraped till they cause pain. The worst I've ever encountered. Never go there. If they don't like you they will cause pain. The big lady from W, area was the worst.
