Very difficult to understand the representatives who answer the phones... Consequently difficult to relay information. Additionally I believe some reps work from home due to the amount of children's chatter and games hearable in the background. Also listening to all the other incoming calls 'ringing' in the background is not very reassuring.
Called to make an appointment, the call center in India told me I was not a patient (really?). Asked how that could be, they did not know but they could not make an appointment for me. I called back and selected another option and got through to a person in another call center, she said that she could make an appointment, took all my info and transferred me to a voice mail wanting my insurance info. Called to make an appt and the person was extremly rude. Huffing and puffing and sighing be annoyed. It's her job! I've been seeing Dr Rothenberg 20+ years. Thanks to her, he lost a long term patient.
I love this dr. He has helped me for 30 years and still remains the best dr !!!

An amazingly straight forward approach to my care. Spends enough time to address any questions. Always available to see if needed. Been a patient for over 40 years. Not many like him.
