Dr Ron Haines is a great dentist who also did my braces many years ago. If you are looking for a dentist in the Spruce Grove area, definitely try him out! Highly recommend
Dr Haines is truly the best, his assistant Tara is top notch. Made sure all my dental work was done before my upcoming hip surgery.I had all the work done just over two weeks ago, I got really sick with a flu, I called to make arrangements to come and pay my outstanding balance. Their accounts receivables lady Tara, beyond accommodating, so understanding. She wished me a speedy recovery, told her thank you, would see them when I was better.
Scheduling lately has had significant issues in a way that made me feel like they do not respect my time. If the dentist is unable to appear for over 30 mins for the 5 min check - a comment should be made maybe with a chance to rebook. I should not have been sitting there alone for over 30 mins without any comment or communication
I appreciate the friendly service and care.
