I contacted Dr. Gadell’s office to make an appointment. I last saw home in 2021. I was told that he no longer accepts Aetna. I went out and searched Aetna for new providers, and his name showed up as in network. So I contacted the office again and asked to speak to the person I’ve spoken with her name is Sara and she told me that no they do not accept Aetna. Hands down the best of the best!! After surgery, I had no pain from the surgery at all, everything healed great!
Absolutely the best doctor and so caring.
Dr. Goodell has excellent bedside manner. His office staff, however, is severely lacking. Angie, office manager, raised her voice and interrupted me during our call when I was respectful, yet firm. My partner is battling a serious infection for which the physician prescribed antibiotics, but the office will not complete prior authorization form in a timely manner, so he is left to suffer. Had jaw swelling from a blocked salivary gland. He came into the room asked me a few questions, told me I needed an MRI and left. Then he documented a complete and comprehensive physical exam that never occurred. The man never touched me or examined me. He didn't even look inside my mouth.
