I am leaving this review after multiple bad experiences at this office. The consistent and ongoing issue is excessive wait times, regardless of appointment time. Today 1/13/26 I had a 1:00 PM appointment. It is now 2:45 PM and I still have not been seen. Every time I ask for an update, I am given a different excuse, which suggests poor scheduling and lack of accountability. What is most concerning is that even staff acknowledge this problem. I love Dr. Orlando Suárez but the treatment that patients receive from the front desk is incredible. I hear how they cancel patients’ appointments after waiting for hours and they tell them that they are not going to see them and this is repeated every day that my husband has different appointments. Called to get results and was transferred 5 times to someone who wasn’t answering. After 30 minutes was then told that the one person who checks lab results is out of office (which is why no one was answering). They said I needed to call back the next day. I asked if my provider another provider or nurse or anyone else could get the results and was told no. I find this incredibly strange and bizarre. Won’t be going back and don’t trust a medical office with only one staff member who can look up or deliver results to people.

Unfortunately, this place seems to think that patients are asking too much. They are very irresponsible — someone can schedule an appointment at 1 p.m. and not leave until 5 p.m., sometimes without eating, just to get a physical. A person may end up spending the entire day without food. And if someone arrives 15 minutes late, they cancel the appointment and still charge them $25 dollars .They have no respect. We are going to start reporting this to the health insurance company.
