I’ve been a patient of Dr. Horowitz for over 20 years. He is good at what he does, however is staff is absolutely HORRIBLE specifically holly who is his secretary. For someone who’s been there over 20 years , you would expect to be treated kindly and with some level of respect. That isn’t the case with her. Every time I try and call for simple test results, bloodwork etc. there seems to be an issue with her. She’s rude, lies, impatient, and talks down to patients. It shouldn’t take 2 weeks to get simple bloodwork results. So... read more
