Dr. Halbrooks is a wonderful doctor. I have him over 20 years and a very happy patient. He is very good and always run all the important test as needed and he follow up and great in responding to questions in Dukemychart.
Wonderful Dr. I’m a physician myself and would trust him with my care. My experience with him is that he is thorough and thinks through problems well. I don’t think the above negative review is fair, as there are legal issues that are beyond the control of a physician that prevent them from prescribing certain medications unless the patient is seen. Overall I think Dr. Halbrooks is a great doctor.
Customer Service. Two working days prior, full blood work, shots and well check completed. Call back on Monday for migraine med after long travel weeks and crazy schedule explained, and denied. They say I must make an appointment. I'm out of town and they must see the whites of my eyes to fill that prescription. Their lives won't change, my business will.
