Poorly executed facelift. Sloppy stitchwork, excessive skin removal, lateral sweep, and severe tension placed on skin which resulted in pixie ears and excessively pulled traguses. Pain and discomfort is high due to the above surgical errors. Scars are also in highly visible locations and hypertrophic. Dr Riefkohl uses a one size fits all approach and outdated techniques. I had a lower face and neck lift, as well as eye lid surgery 3 months ago. I was nervous at first because of Dr. Riefkohl's older office and 'no frills' approach. It was quickly clear that he doesn't need a website or new office to do an amazing job! In July 2022, had a facelift performed by Dr Riefkohl. I was a bit frightened about the procedure and almost backed out, but I am so glad I proceeded with my facelift. Everything went well with no complications, and even my best friends have not been able to tell I had a facelift. If they ask me, I will certainly tell them, but it is interesting that the result is not extreme or overdone. Twenty seven years ago, Dr. Riefkohl performed my facelift. Today, at eighty-five, everyone is shocked when I tell them my age as they usually think I’m in my early to mid seventies. Looking young has kept me young as I continue to do the things I always have. Thank you, thank you, Dr. Riefkohl!
I had two procedures with Dr Reifkohl. One was to correct an issue created by a plastic surgeon Dr Gregg. Recently had a second procedure with him. He is an incredible doctor and would very highly recommend him.
I had eyelid surgery done on one eye to correct droopiness. It had been bothering me for years. I head about Dr Riefkohl from my dermatologist. I was a little hesitant since there was no website but I had read the reviews and decided to go for it. The results are fantastic! He doesn't have a website because he doesn't need one. Plus, he passes the savings on to the patient which I really appreciate.
Artistic genius. Not sure there is anyone better at natural looking facelifts. Does not “over do it”.

Dr Riefkohl is an artist. I’m only one week out and friends absolutely cannot believe the difference. I’ve been out in public since day 2. Had a neck lift, my eyes done and my earlobes made smaller.
