The doctor is great. His office staff is rude, condescending and needs to talk to each other. They tried to change my appointment time by text without confirming it me after already sending a text saying it was a different time. Then they called several more times to confirm the appointment! How many calls does it take? And I've never missed an appointment, so I don't know what their issue is.
I agree with Sosi! This office lacks empathy! They declined my request to schedule a new appt because i cancelled the last three. Keep in mind i called with enough notice each time because i was on my period and could not do a pap smear and another because my dad was admitted to the hospital. They said it is office policy, however they never shared that with me and when i questioned it was told they didnt have to. At first contact, this office is the worst I have ever dealt with. The wait time for someone to pick up the phone is forever. Then, once on the call they place you on multiple holds before even being willing to service you. The receptionist is short, rude, and lacks zero customer service skills. She spoke with me for less than a minute to schedule an appointment and yet I was on hold for almost 30 minutes! I cannot speak highly enough about my experience with Dr. Woodard during my pregnancy and postpartum care. From the very first appointment, he consistently listened to all my concerns with patience and compassion. His calm and reassuring demeanor was a huge source of comfort, especially during the more challenging moments.The entire staff at the clinic also reflects the same professionalism and care.
