My husband is a patient at a hospital this doctor works at. He is unprofessional, spends no time with the patient, doesn’t answer emergent calls, left my husband in pain for hours because he wouldn’t answer multiple nurses pages on multiple occasions. He is unprofessional, rude, and neglectful. Not to mention ever nurse representative is giving us the hardest time in changing and trying to get a new head doctor
The 3 stars are truly for Dr. WONG. He is attentive & a professional. Not one bit of customer service or hardly basic manners for that matter from the staff. Medical assistants can be hit or miss; but the guy who answers the phone(DEAN) is one of the rudest people I’ve ever met. He does not ever want to be bothered. He has an “I don’t care, leave me alone, don’t want to be bothered” attitude. He usually has an answer to the contrary to get out of doing anything for you.
