Spoke to the “new patient coordinator” today. Most frustrating and unprofessional experience. The first appointment available, that she offered was 2 1/2 months out, which didn’t surprise me, unfortunately. But I started to explain that timing was of the essence and I didn’t think I could wait that long. Before I even finished that sentence she said “OK, thank you” and literally hung up the phone on me before I could elaborate. Go get yourself a practice that cares, this one doesn’t.
