I was in Oakbrook from out of town when I had a dental emergency. Not only was Betty incredibly helpful and kind to me, she even helped me get an appointment on the same day as a new patient! Also, her and Dr. Ritsert make a great team when helping their patients. They worked with excellence, intentionality, and were clear in the explanation of what was happening and why. If I ever move to Oak Brook, I know where my teeth will get above and beyond the care they need.

I’ve been with Dr. Ritzert for many years. Always professional and gets the job done right. Betty, who is the Dr’s receptionist/assistant, couldn’t be any nicer and is always so helpful with any questions. I would highly recommend his office.

Best Dentist I have ever been to! His offices are clean, comfortable and safe. Conveniently located in the Oakbrook mall, I can get my teeth cleaned, pick up my shopping and dinner. I have recommended him to anyone who will listen. You will have an amazing experience, i promise
