Dr never showed, they didn't cancel the appointment and front desk pretend nothing happened.
An excellent doctor. Dr Rubenstein takes the time to talk to you and is not rushed. I was uneasy about a procedure and he listened, showed empathy and talked it through with me. He was extremely personable and provided sound advice. A great doctor and a solid all around person.
I don't think they know how to use phones. Almost impossible to contact them.
