Long time patient and i wouldnt dream of going anywhere else. Absolutely amazing staff who make you feel like family.
Today I went to my first appointment here at Zufall caring Dentistry. I can't tell you how well it went. It took all my fears that I have had for going to a dentist. Dr. Andrew Zufall greeted me with respect, listened to all my fears, and explained the treatment plan really well.The whole staff (Mariah, Mikayala, and Daina) was so kind and willing to help me as much as they can. So I somehow chipped my tooth and got something stuck in it so it felt like a filling was falling out. I called and lucked out to get an appointment to be seen in 20 minutes at Zufall Dentistry. I sat down and within 45 minutes was X-rayed, examined and fixed!! So appreciated the explanations, estimate, and extra careAfter the tooth was taken care of the kind and patient assistant offered me a heated, lavender infused washcloth to ‘clean up’ and feel week-taken care of from the whole office! It’s weird saying it’s always a pleasure going to the dentist, but it is. Office staff is friendly and prompt. Melanie who does my cleaning is always so friendly, thorough and knowledgeable. Dr Zufall is always friendly and eager to answer any questions I have. Also, my kids love seeing the office mascot Oakley.
For someone who has some anxiety with going to the dentist (outside of cleanings) I must say that both Dr. Ron Zufall and Dr. Andrew Zufall were patient to explain the tooth extraction I had. Dr. Andrew Zufall did the extraction and it went very smoothly. Other staff members are always kind and friendly too.
