Dr. Goff and his staff were AMAZING during my entire treatment. They recognize you by face from the moment you walk in to check in for your appointments. You’re always greeted w/ a smile. They have jokes for days. Sometimes I wish my appointments were longer just so we can chit chat. Dr. Goff is always in a positive mood/mindset. After a very disappointing 3 hour visit at another Orthodontist with horrible customer service issues, Dr Goffs amazing staff got me in same day. The ladies upfront are unbelievably amazing, their stellar service and commitment to the patients is one of a kind. Love brilliant smiles!!
