Dr. Roman Kutsy has been so supportive and helpful during my health journey. Not only did he sit with me and listen as I described all of my symptoms, he took the time to write them down and ask clarifying questions. He was able to get me into an MRI within days of my initial consultation and was able to have the results and a follow up consultation with him immediately afterwards!I would also like to say his front desk staff were helpful, warm and patient as I asked many question regarding the MRI process ahead. Also, the M... read more

My car was rear-ended so hard that it was completely totaled. I suffered whiplash and endured 6 months of physical therapy. Two years after the accident I STILL have significant pain and clicking and popping noises in my neck and these injuries may be permanent. This doctor was paid to write a report claiming that I faked my injuries based on the fact that I didn't seek medical attention right away. The fact is, there is quite OFTEN a delay between the date of injury and onset of pain in whiplash injuries. My primary care ph... read more

I am delighted to have found Dr. Kutsy. I wasn’t rushed or dismissed. We addressed all my options and what longterm expectations were realistic. I’m so happy that I ignored the other review.

Its clear here he works for the state. he touched me with a needle 6 times with a needle , twice with a reflex hammer and ones with a tuning fork. it took him less than 60 seconds. he had no idea why i was there. then he left.

I was referred by my GP to see Dr.Kutsy. The first meeting was fine. He suggested a Tilt Table Test, and then a second appointment to talk about the results a few days later. At the second appointment, He didn't have the results we were supposed to go over, seemed unaware of the secondary symptoms of the diagnosis he gave, stated that test results are not a high priority (and therefor I am not either), and took a not urgent phone call in the middle of the appointment. I am finding a new doctor.

Dr. Kutsy is unprofessional, doesn't explain or discuss patients treatments, he doesn't read the files of his patients before seeing them, contradicting himself. If you want to be talked down to and not heard and treated by a dr. who clearly doesn't have the time to care for his patients properly then he is your guy.

The testing equipment (EMG) seemed to give varying answers, first positive then negative. As a result L&I denied my claim because Dr. Kutsy submitted the negative result (he tested twice). I know there is something wrong with the extremity that was tested because it hurts but it felt like Dr. Kutsy would not listen to me but only went with his sketchy equipment results. The office in Everett is also very unprofessional, it's a converted house, not a doctors' office atmosphere.
