Most unreliable doctor, my first appointment I waited more than two hours she was running late. Second telehealth she was running late again and instead of calling me she called my husband and I explicitly said he is working. I needed advice send email and she isn't even calling back and she is unrechable. So stressful and frustrating. Every contact I had with her is not so pleasant by far.
Complete waste of time and money seeing Dr. Roli Vatss. We saw her at Illawarra specialist healthcare in Wollongong for ASD assessment/management. Upon meeting her she was very clinical and not warm. My daughter injured her finger on the toy box in her office which caused it to bleed. My daughter then began to have an emotional meltdown to which Dr. Vatss just stared and watched very coldly. Dr Roli Vatss is amazing! Incredibly knowledgeable, empathetic, welcoming and understanding. Addresses all my concerns and validates our feelings regarding our children’s development. Follow up is efficient and the kids love her! Well versed in ASD/ADHD and thankfully patient with our neurodivergent kids. We will follow her to whatever clinic she is at.
Gave us misinformation about NDIS and services. Made it a nightmare for me to apply for NDIS and get the right support. She wasn't very warm or welcoming for my son either. she also doesn't know how long it takes to go through NDIS.
