Gave us misinformation about NDIS and services. Made it a nightmare for me to apply for NDIS and get the right support. She wasn't very warm or welcoming for my son either. she also doesn't know how long it takes to go through NDIS.
In response to Donna's comment below; Donna - we attempted to get the medical records, but unfortunately the records were initially from a place that had ceased operation. These cannot be obtained without a GP having them on file. Also, Dr Roli Vatss tried her hardest and spent the time trying to gather information regarding the medical records, while you declined knowledge about previous history and could not remember what types of medical history your child/grandchild had/has. Saw her at medical centre wollongong. They had 6 months to get previous records which they did not get. She requested to see him in a month and then moved. Unable to get an appointment to see her for 3 months despite taking my son off medication. Still no previous records obtained. Will never see her again.
