Staff is making decisions on pt care. I called for a med refill and Cindy NA told me she would ask her supervisor . since when does an office supervisor need to be the one to approve a medication refill I'm not a patient of the supervisor I'm a patient of the doctor I texted the doctor and he has not yet responded so beware because the staff there is the one making decisions for your health care
the clinic employee take forever I had a schedule appointment at 8:45 am it's going to be 10:30 and I'm still waiting to hear from them I'm so disappointed at the staff
Dr Posada is highly knowledge is his field of medicine ..met him as an intern. he has compassion .genuine care and concern . takes time to explain . follows up. Great staff of NP .Marci Bergstrom and nursing staff.
RecommendedExceptional customer service and attention to detail. Dr. Posada treats your ailment and reassures the treatment given. great bedside manners. Will visit you at the Hospital as long as your there. My Experience. my whole family is there. 5 stars!
I been coming to this clinic and there is one secretary that's rude and obnoxious. The main point is that I haven't seen my actual doctor in years who actually prescribed my medicine and now have been seen by others unfamiliar with my medical history. They clearly do not care and the facility isn't the cleanest either with wait times in the hours.
