I only got to see Dr. Perez’s nurse practitioner. I was in the hospital and released but needed a referral to a specialist for my insurance to cover it. I can not get his clinic to make the referral in a timely manner. It’s been 9 days since my appointment at Alon Family Health that I was forced to have to get the referral. I have wasted a lot of time leaving messages, and checking with the specialist’s office to see if the referral was made.
