I was gonna have a procedure in December of 2023 and it was canceled due to the doctor having other appointments . And as it was rescheduled by his office assistant she had said she had mailed the paperwork on a said date which she never did , as my second appointment was coming up for the same procedure , I had to go in person to get the paperwork when she had change location and wanted labs like 3 days before the procedure . Drs scheduler failed to schedule me at Del Sol for my colonoscopy, I showed up and I wasn't in the system. The surgical nurse and registration lady saw my paperwork from the office showing what day, time and hospital for procedure. Not even an call with anapology from his office. Should've seen it coming, my 1st appointment it took an hour to be called back as I was the last patient and about 30 min. before the Dr came in to go over my health history, etc. and give me Rx for Go Litely.
