Walked in reception area filthy and smelly. Walls and chairs need a good clean. Saw Dr Nguyen for less than 5 mins. His office also filthy. Bin over run with gloves and other materials. Desk is a fire hazard with the amount of paperwork accumulated for who knows long?? Consultation $295 to be told to come back for surgery only performed on Thursdays. Bit hard when I’m a night shift worker. Will be seeking second opinion closer to home.
Extremely disappointed with my experience with Dr Roland. I wish I had read the other negative reviews beforehand, they’re accurate. I came in for a minor procedure and tried to raise other concerns. I was told these would be addressed at the follow up appointment, only to be told at that appointment that I would need to book yet another consultation. Why wasn’t this communicated earlier? I saw Roland a few years ago for about two years for psoriasis. I still think about how awful he was, my experience with him was traumatic to say the least. Do not see this man if you want proper care. He would have different student doctors see me every appointment who often gave me different advice, and then he’d waltz in for two minutes and just be dismissive and rude. I wish I had read the reviews before going with him! I visited this dermatologist for acne treatment and clearly mentioned that I’m planning to get pregnant, so I’d prefer to avoid strong medications or antibiotics. Despite that, he prescribed me antibiotics (E-Mycin) and didn’t offer any alternative options. When I expressed concern about taking this while trying to conceive, he simply showed me a Google search to reassure me that the antibiotic was “safe during pregnancy when it is not even tested on pregnant women, only o... read more
