If you are a veteran and get assigned this Dr. for a C&P Exam, request another Dr. immediately! I went to a make shift office , that he was clearly just temporary renting the space. Apparently just one day a week. He was supposed to conduct several DBQ exams, but did not ask a single question on the forms. I was there maybe 15 to 20 minutes on New Year’s Eve.
