Their service here is one on one and I definitely feel that I am very involved in the process. I receive regular updates which is helpful because I am not always able to attend my son's appointment. Dr. Mathraini and her assistant Debbie always follow up when they say they will. I was able to use my flexible spending account and they both made the insurance process so easy.
