I am thouroughly disgusted with this office. This Dr. runs unreasonably late. She does not respect her patients time. Twice I have had meaningless appointments. I have been called in for a follow up of tests, they collected my co-pay, only for the Dr to say there are findings on your scan that are not my expertise, follow up with your PCP. I have already submitted my high, extremely high, recommendations for Dr. Bajaj..she is the best; however, you do not list in your insurance list the two that I have: Medicare and Tricare for Life....she takes both of those...I have never had to pay her for anything.
I was Dr Bajaj's patient for over 10 years. Regretfully, I fired her not as much for her care but for her office staff that blatantly lie to us about visits cancellations, numerous requests to get our records for my primary care provider (which I never received) and lack of coordination with my insurance which I got stuck with a bill. Wish the best to Dr Bajaj but hope she keeps a close eye on her office staff.
