Last night, I consulted with Dr. Rohan through Teledoc who exhibited poor bedside manner. He did not extend a courteous greeting or acknowledgement, and more importantly, did not provide any help with my issue!
Lied saying im not able to get a medicine with some false excuse that his team lead on teladoc told me was not true .Stopping someone with asthma getting needed medicine for covid 19. NOT ACCEPTABLE
Horrible way to treat patients! Have a sinus infection and used Teledoc to get relief. He was rude. Called me in several meds for a cough. I don't have a cough. Told me to wait an additional 3 days after being sick for over a week. Paid my copay and got absolutely no help as he hung up on me. Would not ever recommend!
He rushed me off the line stating I needed a video visit instead. Then I found out that you can’t make one within 72 hours. I could tell he was annoyed with me. He also told me “people tend to overuse these apps versus going to an actual urgent care” but continues to offer services through said apps for money. Horrible dr. He’s doing telladoc for a reason. He hung up on me after i explained my sinus infection symptoms and told me to wait 3 more days after being sick for 9 days already. He’s a quack. And horrible to hang up on someone that’s in need of some antibiotics for a very obvious sinus infection.
