I took my grandmother in for her appointment with Dr. Carter and we were passed back fast, everything was great till 40 minutes pass and the MA comes in and tells us the Dr can’t see her because she didn’t missed and radiology appointment. When I let her know we were there for results she told me the Dr had already left for the day.
