Beware! I was scheduled for a preventative colonoscopy that should have been covered by insurance. They claim they could not see the entire colon, so they billed me$4k!!! I'm told it would be covered if Dr. Wu coded it as a preventative colonoscopy, but he refuses. They charged me for " out patient surgery"!! Very dishonest business practices. Horrible GI… wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Misdiagnosed me with hemorrhoids when I really had a fistula forming into an abscess. Refused to prescribe any form of pain medication and when he finally did it was a lidocaine patch which didn’t work because my pain was internal. Wound up in the hospital for almost two weeks because of him and have had four surgeries to help correct his misdiagnosis since. Stay far away from this “doctor”
Dr. Wu is the best Gastroenterologist in the region, that is the reason why we travel 1hr 30min from South Delaware to see him. Dr. Wu is an excellent professional, he took his times with me explaining in detail the procedures needed to diagnose my condition. I was impressed with his medical diagnostics and treatment 4 years ago. I had a colonoscopy done today. And from the registration, same day surgery who took care of me June, my lovely nurse ( Christine), my nurse that called me first( sorry forgot her name. The anesthesiologist, all nurses involved in my procedure to dr. Wu who is the best, I can't thank them enough. Very caring, professional and highly recommended
I went for Help with my Stomach, Doctor Wu did cat scan and Blood, it Showed negative, but I'm still having some Bad issues, even worse!! I Was told Medimucil would fix me!! No more done about it
