Dr. Walker is one of the best orthopedic surgeons I have ever encountered, and I've seen far more than the average person (16 surgeries in my lifetime.) I originally chose the Delray location because the proximity to our home and after a friend's recommendation and have followed this practice to their current Greenacres location ever since, even though it now takes me almost an hour to get there from home. I had a very unpleasant experience at this office. The medical assistant CLENTA handled me roughly and made me feel uncomfortable throughout the visit. I have been seeing Orthopedist for over a decade. Never had this kind of experience. Dr.Rodger was good.But I would not recommend this office based on my experience. Medical Assistant was totally horrible and rude. When I was making the appointment they were super rude too. I shouldn't have even made the appointment. NO WONDER WHY THEY HAVE SO BAD REVIEWS. very good Dr Walker is and his staff are friendly and respectful. But one thing comes to mind, if you want PT, go up the second floor, I've been there numerous times and people doesn't read that on the door it's Dr Walker, not PT. Dr Walker's office is on the first floor in the back.
My first visit to Florida Orthocare in Lake Worth with Dr. Roger Walker was extremely frustrating due to poor appointment time management. I arrived 30 minutes early as requested, only to be told the doctor was in surgery and would arrive an hour later.
