The doctors here are wonderful but the staff is disorganized and uncaring. Every single time I call the office with a question or to find our blood work results I wait days before anyone ever calls back. When they do call, they are rude and short with me. I shouldn't even have to call and beg for my blood work results. Doctors should set aside time to call patients with these things.
