The staff at this office is very inefficient, very rude, prone to hang up on patients and cannot follow up on anything regarding patient health. You are thinking they are handling some vital health matter of yours, when you contract your other doctors offices only to find our Samasw's staff has not sent or contacted them at all, after 2 weeks! First of all, this doctor's office has cool music in the waiting-area. Most times, I find myself dancing in my chair, tapping my foot, or just singing along. Recently, I switched to Medical and I got a new doctor. I can't wait to switch to Medicare, next year, and I want to go back to this doctor. He is compassionate about his duties and work. I have been going to Dr. Samawi for over five years or so, and he’s awesome. His staff is great too. He does an incredible job at listening and figuring out a solution. His staff is great with making appointments and they’re consistently friendly. I definitely recommend Dr. Samawi.

Dr. Samawi is very friendly, personable and a good listener. I never feel like I am being rushed. Additionally, if you are looking for a doctor in Long Beach who is LGBT+ friendly I highly recommend Dr. Samawi. He shows tremendous empathy, compassion and is truly dedicated to helping me achieve my healthcare goals.

I have been a patient of Dr., Samawi for a number of years and have advised my coworkers to become a patient of his due to his ability to understand his patients needs and address them. Dr. Samawi has done a great job as my doctor. I suffered heart failure and had cancer to deal with. Dr. Samawi was always there for me when I was going through difficult times in 2014 and 2015. He was patient with me and understood the pains and pressures that I was going through. I am glad to met him and have him as my doctor. He has kept my diabetes and high blood pressure under control and now I feel great that it is at an acceptable level today.
