Although I am in the VA healthcare system, I have gone to Dr. Pafford several times over the past five years. My wife and I feel that he is thorough, extremely competent, patient, and truly listens to his patients. He is very conservative about prescribing drugs, which is fine with us. We also love his sense of humor and self effacing attitude, so rare in many doctors.
