I would not recommend this office to anyone. I was double billed for an appointment, which overdrafted my account. When I contacted the person in billing I got no answers. Then 3 weeks later the doctors wife, who does billing, finally contacted me with a very vague reason for the double charge. "Its because your insurance changed months ago( my insurance hadn't changed) and I never got a bill or explanation. They made a mistake and refused to admit it. I have been going there for almost 2 years, and the staff is great and really nice. When I come in the office everyone is so nice and sweet, they are very friendly. They will handle any problem that you have and they can’t answer you right then, they will get to the bottom of it and call you right back. I recommend this place to anyone struggling with addiction.
I've seen Dr Sherman for a short time but his compassion, empathy and non-judgmental treatment is why he's the absolute best!
