I love the staff at Palms! Early this year I got covid for the third time and needed a scrip for paxlovid on a friday. My wife drove over and they heard her out, went back to talk to Dr. Arumagan and came back with the scrip in hand.They are quick with a smile and answer my questions promptly and accurately. If they are not too busy we always have a quick chat and a laugh. Good people.
Dr Arumugan is a great Doctor but I’m not pleased with his staff they don’t know what there doing in there always missing things I didn’t have to see him his staff didn’t have any of my stuff he needed for him to see me this has happened more then once I could give the Dr a number 19 he is great but the staff on a scale to 1 Thu 10 there a 1
