I rarely take the time to write reviews, especially negative ones, and I consider myself a very patient person. I was referred to a gastrointestinal doctor in early November. After three weeks of no updates, I called the office and was told to "wait a couple of weeks because we get hundreds of referrals daily." Fair enough. Dr. Epstein is an Excellent physician. Dr. Epstein performed a colonoscopy for me on 7/25/24 at Silverton Hospital. Dr. Epstein did a consult with me a week before the procedure and explained all aspects of the colonoscopy very clearly and concisely. Dr. Epstein made me feel completely at ease with this procedure, and made sure that I had no concerns before, during and after the colonoscopy.

While Dr. Epstein is a very smart man, I had him do an upper and lower due to a 30lb weight loss. Dr. Epstein took a biopsy of my stomach and billed insurance almost 10k. He came back with an diagnosis of gastritis in which, per my research has to do with your stomach. He has given me as needed medication for this. It helps after days of being on my death bed.
