A seemless experience. You don’t often see a Dr who midst surgery realises a quicker and simpler way of doing it and then refunds you.
Dr Haddad was amazingly - he discussed the options with regard to the nodular BCC removal surgery from my back and also my forehead with me, and explained clearly why he chose the different options he did for each site. He also allowed me to have the surgery under a local anesthetic only, which reduced the risk of possible anesthetic complications, and was also much cheaper, and I simply could catch a taxi home by myself after. I was referred to Dr Haddad with a facial melanoma. From the first consultation I felt assured by Roger's confident re-assuring approach. As the removal of the melanoma raised the risk of facial scarring I sought a second opinion and was comforted that everything I had been told by Roger was confirmed.
