I have had more problems with incontinence and stress bladder then I did before after my surgery. Dr. Breyer did a rectocele and prolapsed bladder on me. Rectocele surgery I think went fine so far. Very unsatisfied had to go for therapy every week until I said no more was not doing any good. He was just a money maker for himself.
I was a patient of Dr Beyers for the 37 years. I never saw any of the garage I saw people saying about him on TV. .Need an HIV test, not on your life. He did more things to help us women, that most who are dogging him don't even know. I am beyond Sorry the press and the people have ruined his career and I am out a good DR. all those who complain. I hope your happy and you catch everything that no one can fix, because you black balled him!!!
Zero stars. Worst Dr ever. I work in the medical field and also have heard other horror stories - women too afraid to speak. Caused medical damage and trauma. Please find someone else.
It's difficult to give a good rating for an office when the gatekeeper is the most aggressive, argumentative, unprofessional staff member ever encountered in a medical office. Sharon at their front desk has a poor attitude with a bad reputation for impuslive, demeaning behavior. This problem needs attention. The medical staff at this office has been nothing short of amazing but it is very discouraging to walk through the door or pick up the phone to call when this is the behavior encountered.
I felt Dr Beyer did a good job on my surgery and after the healing time had passed, I’m glad I had the procedure done.
Dr. Beyer is very patient and takes the time to explain options and procedures in a manner that you can understand. When we had questions related to the catheter on a Sunday evening, Dr. Beyer again was very patient and took the time to explain the actions needed to resolve the issues.
I had a severe case of urinary leakage. Although surgery/recovery was "uncomfortable", my condition is 100% repaired. Dr. Beyer and staff were friendly and efficient.
I would not recommend him for care. He kept me on 2-3 BC pills a day for months which only covered up the symptoms instead of taking care of the problem. He dragged it out for 6 months before I finally went for a 2nd opinion and was told being on BC at my age (40) for that long put me at higher risk of stroke etc. The 2nd doctor I went to took care of the problem. Dr. Beyer seems more interested in his research and experimenting then helping people feel better for good.
