I was a new patient & I'm a RN. I was being treated for depression/anxiety attacks Instead of chest pain & blood pressure I'd originally scheduled appointment for. I spent 6 weeks arguing my medications & care with 1st her NP Diana Kieth & then Dr Bollinger herself . While missing days of work, I was told they'd support me with my missing work thru the FMLA paperwork until the medications had taken affect . Always takes the time to listen and has helped me out several times
He does not listen to the problem and does not try to help with the whole problem.treats the patient like they are stupid. The office help is terrible and never return calls.
He's an unremarkable character- rather unimpressive but his staff is remarkably rude. Exceptional unprofessional and dismissive to patients and their needs. Nobody wants to tell callers who they are speaking to (Arlene and Debbie) and all - yes...ALL. attempts to speak to the staff passed the reception desk go to voice mails. The tone and inflection the staff takes while speaking to callers is rude and hasty. No courtesy or manners whatsoever. When she walked into the office, she insulted me. I was her last appointment for the day, and when she walked in (with a frown) she said, "What a way to end the night".
Utica Park Clinic at 21st & Harvard is staffed by incompetent people who should spend more time learning and dong their "jobs" in lieu of hitting the all you can eat buffet the 3rd time today.
"Dr" Grewe is very rude and has horrible bedside manor. I have never been made to feel like I'm some horrible person seeking medication in my life, until today. I moved from Oklahoma City in July 2016 and have put off looking for a new doctor because of the stress in finding one that will listen to you, and try to understand your health concerns and issues. Extremely rude and terse to my wife. ("I don't have all damm day!") regarding trying to renew her insulin perscription. Appeared to not want to lift a finger in any way to help expedite the process of getting my mother in law's insulin needs met, claiming that he hadn't seen her in months was sufficient reason to not want to help in any way.
Dr Grewe is awesome!! His staff has no concern for his patients what so ever...takes them a week to return a call after calling and leaving messages numerous times!! Unacceptable...the receptionist is rude and gives out information that she has no business giving!! Very sad for such a kind compassionate Doctor!!
