Everyone was friendly and very attentive.
They listen and address concerns well.
My foot was seriously injured in April of 2020. My final follow-up visit with Dr. Brown was in July 2021. Dr. Brown was excellent throughout the entire 16 month-long ordeal. He fit me into his schedule very quickly after my release from the ER and immediately started me onto a solid path for recovery. He explained EVERYTHING, the timing for surgery, the long recovery time, what to expect, what NOT to expect etc.. and took time to answer all of my questions. Dr. King was great. Explained everything well.
I spend the summers in Northern Idaho and was diagnosed with a rotator cuff tear in Arizona. I decided to have the surgery in Northern Idaho and decided on Dr. Dunteman. On my first and only visit to his office, he totally explained the issue with my shoulder and how he could correct it. He made me feel very comfortable and I was sure I had picked the right doctor. Dr King listened and addressed all of my questions, offered a couple different suggestions to address my symptoms.
Dr King was great in explaining my options, and eventually how surgery would go, very reassuring on surgery day.
