Nov 18, 2019 The day my life changed. The eyelid surgery was terrifically painful. He was cruel and continued the surgery without enough pain killer. After the procedure, they stood me up and hurried me out the back door to the waiting car. Follow up was a phone call to send a picture the next day. My life changed....no eyedrops to serum tears at my expense. 12K wasted and when I expressed my dissatisfaction, I was asked to come into the office and take more pictures and then NOTHING. Even worse is the lack of any real response when reaching out to them about my being unhappy with the result. Go elsewhere.
My experience working with Dr. Roger has far exceeded my expectations. Dr. Roger is real and honest about what to expect prior to, during, and after surgery. His entire staff is absolutely amazing. He is always available and answered questions and concerns I had even on the weekends. He made me feel comfortable and safe in his care. My results are amazing!
Dr. Bassin is an amazingly skilled surgeon and I am proud to be his patient for over eight years. Dedicated, compassionate, knowledgable and thorough, I have had only outstanding results in a variety of procedures. His staff is equally superb and everyone at his office is compassionate and caring. I love the way I look today because of Dr. Bassin and his staff.
Everyone from the front desk to Dr. Roger were wonderful! I truly believe they are happy to be there and happy to help. Dr. Roger has taken his time with me and my procedure making sure I am 100% happy! I couldn't ask for a better group to work with and trust!
