THIS OFFICE IS HORRIBLE. I just called asking if they take new patients and the rep was happy to say yes. I then happened to tell them that my son also needs an appointment, that he was a previous patient but with insurance changes + not being sick/ needing vaccine he didn't go for a whole year or so and when we tried previously they said "he is considered a new patient since he hasn't been seen and now he is no longer able to be a patient here because we are NOT taking new patients" weird policy but ok understood. DR RIVERA IS GREAT BUT SOME OF THEIR POLICIES NEED TO BE FIXED.! THE STAFF IS VERY RUDE AND ACT VERY NONCHALANT WHEN BEING RUDE. THEY HAVE A POLICY WHERE THEY DISCHARGE PATIENTS AFTER 3 MISSED APPOINTMENTS. HORRIBLE I HAVE HAD MY CHILDREN WITH THEM FOR OVER 5 YEARS
Clínica muito limpa,super organizados, atendimento maravilhoso desde a recepcão ate o Dr Roger Rivera que é um exelente pediatra super capacitado e atencioso,minhas filhas se sente super segura com ele e toda sua equipe presente... Worst doctor ever my daughter had this doctor since she was born and lately with the new staff everytime I book an appointment in advance it always get canceled …. Same with today booked a appointment months ago for it to get canceled and the front desk staff is rude and disrespectful
