I have severe cat allergies. When I learned the home we were moving into had cats, I started researching options for air duct cleaning immediately. We learned that this company does it great and I’m thrilled to say, once we moved in, I never reacted.
Richardson Air Duct Service responded quickly to my service request, and the technician who came to our house was extremely professional. He cleaned out our dryer vent and advised us on how to clean and maintain it on a regular basis. He cleaned up after himself and charged a reasonable fee. I'd call him again in a heartbeat.
I would hope that this company will review their policy with the Technicians that are on site . It is common courtesy to clean up the mess they left. They techs that were at our house were very friendly, they didn’t remove the dryer vent mess that landed on our air conditioner unit. I contacted the company twice to ask for them to send someone out to clean it up . No resolve .
Excellent working with this company. I am gratified by the thorough job that the Richardson Air Duct Service team has done, with excellent communication, good manners and thorough followup. 100% I will call them back for other works. Recommend them to my friends & family as well.
