They don’t pick up the phone. They said they referred me to a specialist. I’ve had zero communication from them and it’s been six days.
They will send you unsolicited texts etc making it sound like you are overdue for a medical check up despite never having been a patient in hope you will call and book an appointment. They may be good doctors (I have never been), but the low stars are because I personally don't appreciate the deceptive type of marketing.
I was recently injured in a terrible car accident and I had to get to a primary doctor, FAST. Not only was Dr. Villegas able to see me in a timely manner, but he was also extremely considerate and understanding. I have not been to a better doctor yet that truly seems to care about my pain. I can also really tell how good he is because the nurses and staff respect him very much and always speak highly of him when he isnt around. He is a patient, kind and attentive doctor. My experience with Altais medical group was awesome love all the staff and the Dr both are very well educated love this place
