Dr. Saca took care of my twins 24 years ago. They are both so happy and healthy despite being born 1.5 months early. My son was gasping for breath when born and my daughter had to have a blood transfusion 1 week after being in the neonatal unit. I delivered C-Section and I had nothing but the best care at Valley Baptist Hospital in Harlingen and my children had the best care in the NBICU under the care of Dr. Saca 24 years ago. Thank you Dr. Saca for taking such good care of my kids! ❤️❤️
