Llame para hacer un appt y wowww. Literalmente me colgó la llamada cuando estaba confirmando mi email, no debería tener personal que no sepan como trabajar con el cliente y no puedan ser multitasking ella estaba como muy atareada y estresada. Bueno desistí de hacer un appt con el doctor.
La experiencia con la Dr fue muy buena, lamentablemente no dire lo mismo de la que trabajaba en front desk demasiado mediocre en su trabajo y con una mala actitud como si las personas que llamaramos quisieramos en realidad hacerlo solo que estamos enfermos y necesitamos atención. Las dos veces que llame para resolver un problema paso lo mismo, una lastima la vdd. Y si para llegar a la doctora tengo que pasar por eso creo que no vale la pena. Gracias
Llevo muchos años atendiendome,con el Dr.es excelente y muy buen trato,ya no podré ir más a la consulta pq mi seguro no lo aceptan,además ahora es un instituto,parece que todo cambió, o el Dr se retiró, me complació mucho ir a ese lugar,mi seguro me va a buscar otro dr
Un desastre de experiencia, sino tienes plata te atienden como perro. En fin .
I had a deeply disappointing experience with Rodolfo A. Perez Endocrinology. Sylvia was incredibly rude and unprofessional from the moment I walked in. According to Sylvia, her job does not entail making sure all paperwork is ready for patients appointments. Sylvia was dismissive, unhelpful, and made me feel like an inconvenience rather than a patient. I would not recommend this practice to anyone, and I will definitely be looking for a new endocrinologist. Please do better.
