Dr. Powell actually listened to me and addressed my concerns, in a manner that the patient can make a wise decision!
After taking my heart rate, Dr Powell said "there's nothing wrong with your heart but I'll send you to get tests anyway" & then he got up and left! The whole meeting took about 3 mins! Later I rec'd an e-m from WWMC w/a survey about my experience. I said I felt like a number and not a human. During the week prior to test I rec'd a couple of calls from dr's office but no messages. I recommend him to anyone. He was so rude he terrified me. I never had a doctor yell at me before.
I went in this office for an appointment and have never been treated and talked to so rudely. The receptionist told me she didn't have the right paperwork for me to fill out when I checked in. I waited 25 minutes, while all the time watching patients coming in and being called back, and went to the window to ask if she had the paperwork yet for me to fill out. She rudely replied I'll give it to you when I get it. I walked out without keeping my appointment and will not go back to this office.
He was abrupt and dismissive.
