Hi Doctor Nitcher, I'm sorry for having not expressed my enormous appreciation in our sessions but, I suppose my struggles although not always apparent on the surface are quite the can of worms. Thanks for listening. I'm not quite sure if cures exist which may bring me some reasonable degree of relief but, I really am glad you were there for me in such a critical moment in my life. Dr Nitcher has been my psychiatrist for several years and my mental health has improved immensely under his care. His affect is a bit flat, but he’s not cold, and he listens attentively. I have tremendous respect for him and have recommended him to several people.
I require medical accomodation through the ADA provision. I have needed it for school, brokerage exams, and two workplaces. I went in today, after 5 years of this doctor knowing me, and he said he would not help me with my forms and it was because he had made no progress with me. In the 5 years of treatment, I took the SIE, Series 7, and Series 63. I began a steady career. I went back to school and finished my semester with all As. Why do I need an accomodation? I saw him on a couple of occasions, and was hoping to get my medication changed because it wasn't effective. He said he didn't know what to change me to, so left me on the ones I was using. I tried to get him to do something different, because they weren't working but he ignored my requests. He is cold, and uncaring. He sits and types on his computer while asking basic health questions and rarely looks at you.
