Just disappointed!! When you want to be seen and heard and not 'remind me what we discussed', don't go to collom & Carney. Poor customer service. Front window staff unfriendly. Nurse, near the same. No longer get to see a doctor, so the NP Red recommended a new prescription but somehow forgot what it was. I'm sorry that I want to feel just a little important a the 15 minutes I get to be seen before you scurry off to see the next herd of cattle.

Poorly run clinic. 2 & 1/2 hour wait to see the Sr for less than 10 minutes is not acceptable.

I Recently Switched Over My Daughters Pediatrician To This Facility. The Original Doctor That I Updated With Her Medicaid Was On Vacation That Entire Week. However, Due To Kindergarten Roundup Being 1 Week Away & I Was Off Work. I Decided To Get Her Physical/Wellness Check Up By Another Doctor. The Pediatrician Was Very Nice & Sweet That Saw Her. Poor scheduling, they do not trust there patients with as little as a $10 due bill. Had to pay a $10 bill before seeing my Dr. Doctors are leaving in groves. Lots of lost paperwork, poor appointments scheduling. Bad medical practice at the office level. 02/06/2023, MWH.

The doctor.i was seeing for 8 yrs.moved to collum carney so i started seeing her there...her nurse is a quack she messed up my meds when she called them in, she is very uncaring, rude,hateful when i called her for help with pain she just told me to go the ER .I'll never go back there. MY DR. has turned like the rest of them in that clinic uncaring and passes you off to another quack...I've warned you this clinic will not have your best interest at heart and all about getting the money before your health.

I was a patient at this clinic for a tooth to be removed. I am a disabled U.S. military veteran, diabetic, with paralyzed stomach and kidney disease, thus missing teeth are common, after going sixteen years without being diagnosed properly. The staff and the dentist treated me as if I was a drug addict, when I am just suffering from nine diseases from my diabetic condition. I was told to arrive at 3:30 for an appointment. I signed in at that time. At 5:30, when the nurse called yet another person, I asked if I was forgotten since many other people who arrived after me had been called. The nurse was obviously offended because she quickly informed me that she never forgot anyone! She then gave me s look that indicated that I must be stupid.
